Realistic Expectations

Every flower is unique and presses differently, so we encourage our clients to embrace the changes and natural beauty of the pressing process. When in the press, the colors and shapes of the flowers may be altered due to the preservation process.

We do not use color correction or chemicals in our preservation process. As a result, your flowers will gradually fade or change over time. We encourage our clients to embrace these natural changes, as they mirror the flowers' true lifespan and beautifully reflect life’s changing milestones. If you would prefer a color-corrected piece, we’re happy to recommend another flower preservation artist to help bring your vision to life!

Bouquet Recommendations

It's important to note that flowers can start to brown even before they are picked, and white flowers, in particular, tend to brown approximately 95% of the time during the pressing process. Additionally, some tropical or moisture-rich flowers may not press well. Therefore, we recommend considering a mix of colors in your bouquet for preservation. However, if you choose to proceed with an all-white bouquet or use tropical flowers, we will do our utmost to minimize browning and ensure the best possible outcome.

If your flowers do not preserve well for any reason, you have the option to replace them in the frame with new blooms. If this is something you're interested in, please let us know when you inquire.

To protect your flowers, we advise against tossing your bouquet, as this can bruise the petals. If tossing is a must, consider asking your florist to provide a replacement bouquet specifically for that purpose.
